We harvest honey seasonally just at the right time, when the bees say it is ready. Our honey is never processed, adulterated, or pasteurized. Full of all the raw goodness, just as the bees intended.

Bred from the most productive hives in our apiaries, and mated in bee yard flooded with drones. These queens are allowed 3 weeks in their mating nucs on full size deep frames to allow them to mature before being caged and sold.
